I’m going to tell you the way i outsource my backlink building. Yes, I said outsource, but it’s perhaps not the type of scary outsourcing that most individuals are thinking about at the moment. It has nothing to do with directory submissions, social bookmarks, blog comments, forums profiles, or any crap like that.
I’m managing a small SEO Company in Australia, and until I could afford to transfer to a fancy office like SEOmoz and hire full time employees, I am going to have to apply the opportunities the world wide web offers, in cases like this outsourcers.
I’m going to tell you examples and screenshots of the entire process. Through the initial search query, towards the end-results (links galore!)

They get money $2 each hour, that is actually higher than the standard wage inside the Philippines, so they’re quite satisfied with it. I do believe it’s worth it. Obviously the followup can be your job, and you will have to convince the website proprietors to obtain that link up, but isn’t the fun component of link building?
